Creative Mind & Body Reset Workshop
Hosted with Ruby Gadsby.
We’re Ruby & Rebecca - join us for our 3-hour mind-body reset workshop. Use physical movement, visualisation, & creative activities to refocus your mind, combat overwhelm, & work towards your goals.
No creative or movement experience necessary, just a want to regain control and take action towards your goals in a world that can be both challenging and confusing. Time passes by so fast and we can get wrapped up in the treadmill of life, before we know it, years have passed and we haven’t achieved what we thought we might. So take a moment for yourself, check-in, and refocus on what you want (what you really, really want!).
You are in control of the direction of your life.
We have created a toolkit of creative and movement based tasks that will help you to deal with overwhelm, focus on next steps, and take small but important action towards whatever it is you want to achieve.
Workshop includes: Full tuition from both Rebecca & Ruby to equip you with a toolkit of physical and creative activities which will help you to take action in your life to achieve whatever you want to achieve.
We hope to see you at the next Creative Mind & Body Reset Workshop!

Meet Rebecca & Ruby
Ruby Gadsby
Ruby Gadsby is a movement artist, dance teacher, and aerial instructor with a passion for helping people build confidence, creativity, and connection through movement.
Professionally trained in contemporary dance, with a BA in Dance Studies (specialising in Choreography) and an MA in Screendance in London, she has over five years of teaching experience working with people of all ages and abilities across schools, community settings, and specialist SEND environments. Alongside her dance practice, she teaches aerial hoop and sling, creating supportive, inclusive classes that develop strong movement foundations, body awareness, technical skill, and creative confidence.
Ruby believes movement is for everyone - not just as a form of exercise, but as a way to reduce stress, improve wellbeing, and to reconnect with ourselves and others. Her teaching combines technical expertise with creativity and curiosity, helping participants feel stronger, more confident, and more connected in both body and mind.

Rebecca Hansell
Rebecca Hansell is an artist and workshop facilitator with a passion for utilising creativity to combat the stress and overwhelm that has become all too prevalent in our daily lives.
She came back to her own creativity in her early 30s after a decade neglecting what she truly enjoyed and - although it sounds overdramatic - it changed her life. Maybe even saved her life. Through attending local in-person classes and investing in online art programmes, she has taught herself the value of including creativity in her daily life as a way of supporting her own health and wellbeing. Now she wants to share that knowledge with others who need it.
Rebecca believes that life doesn’t have to be a constant struggle. Creativity, much like nutrition and movement, is vital in supporting ourselves with our physical and mental health. Through her personal experience and challenges, and her curiosity to learn more about the role creativity has in optimising our health, she is working in her community to help people embrace creativity, de-stress, and have a little fun in a world that sometimes feels like it is determined to keep us down.
